Voluntary Product Safety Recall

P&M Air Curtains (models TL1109, TL1112, TL1509EF, TL1512EF)

Kirby has sold this product range since 1997. A potential risk has been identified where there is a chance that the sheet metal casing of the product could become live in certain unspecifiable circumstances. Further, on some models the internal wiring uses green as a primary colour to identify current carrying cables, this should not be perceived as being earth connections.

Kirby is committed to maintaining the highest standards of product safety and is doing its utmost to resolve this situation. These units have been distributed by our sub-contractors and the purpose of this notice is to notify any purchasers of the P&M Air Curtains of the potential danger in the event that we are unable to identify and locate you individually.

Arrangements will be made with all identified owners for the units to be replaced, or for the safety risks to be rectified, at our expense.
